| Rishabh Automatic Dosing System is a fully self contained unit which provides for dispersion, solution preparation, metered dosing and online dilution. The unit requires only connection of power and water services (dry air in optional cases) and is designed to ensure complete dispersion and dissolution of powder flocculants in water without the formation of lumps. The powder flocculant is fed from a storage hopper via a constant rate, volumetric screw feeder to the eductor which uses vaccum to disperse the powder polymer effectively into the water which is then mixed in the solution preparation tank and after complete dissolution, it is transferred to a storage/ageing tank. The sequence control is by level probes and timers and equipment is fully automatic. The capacity varies from 10 kgs to 200 kgs powder flocculant per day.
